Inspectors tell care agency to improve for the 3rd time

A CARE agency has been told it needs to improve for the third time in a row.
Aston Home Care Limited, based at Burleigh House in Werrington, recently underwent an inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Inspectors ruled that the service, which supports both young and older adults as well as people possibly living with dementia, 'requires improvement' overall. The watchdog rated the service areas of 'safe,' 'effective' and 'well-led' to be 'requires improvement,' while 'caring' and 'responsive' were deemed to be 'good.
