Fundraiser for footballer's son and family
FRIENDS of a popular footballer who tragically lost his battle with cancer are to stage a fundraising match for his family.
Jaycee Roberts, of Fegg Hayes, right, was aged 25 when he passed away on March 31, leaving behind his partner Ella-Mae, three-year-old son Haulie-Jay, his mum Cath, dad Jason and sister Abbey.
Now a football match is to be held in memory of the former Bradwell FC striker at Trubshaw Cross playing fields, off Westport Road, Burslem, tomorrow (May 25).
The match will be between Bradwell FC under 15s and their parents and family members.
