Complaints over house building — but boss blames 'vendetta'

FAMILIES have blamed the construction of a housing estate for making their lives a misery.

They Have complained to Newcastle Borough Council and Newcastle MP Adam Jogee about the ongoing construction of the Thistleberry Gardens estate.

It is impacting residents living on Lamphouse Way and Great Row, in Wolstanton. Their gripes include lorries arriving as early as 7.30am, workers getting dressed in the street, and dust.

But Markden Homes - which is building the estate - has accused neighbours of having a ‘vendetta’
