JESSE Debrah is a shining example of someone who has proven beyond doubt he is good enough for League One.

Defender Jesse Debrah is looking to help Port Vale to maintain their impressive run of form.
The 25-year-old Port Vale defender was part of the side that got relegated two years ago and he was sent off in his first start for the club and admitted he questioned whether he was good enough.
He reckons those times shaped him as a person and the player he is today and ahead of today's League One clash with Northampton Town at Vale Park, he told reporters: "All those chaotic experiences of the first time [2023/24], there was good bad and ugly and it's all shaped me now, I believe, to be able to deal with it better.
"There's certain things I am seeing like tendencies [of players] and I am saying 'I have seen that before'. And I feel like I'm well equipped to deal with it.
