He was found slumped behind wheel after hitting van
DAD-OF-TWO Julian Wilton was found slumped behind the wheel of his car when more than four times over the drink-drive limit.
The 47-year-old had a low-impact crash with a van and was roused by police.
He was taken to custody where he was breathalysed and gave a reading of 159 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, against the legal limit of 35.
Now Wilton has been handed a 12-month community order and hit with a 12-month driving ban at North Staffordshire Justice Centre.
