AUDLEM required a Golden Over to take the points from their NSSCL Division Four visit to Kidsgrove.
Visitors Audlem took first use and managed to reach 138 all out at the halfway stage.
Dave Blatherwick top-scored with 44, with Venu Gopal Reddy (29) and Bertie Hardy (18) also impressing.
Joel Brierley captured 3-36 for the home side, with double strikes coming from Muhammad Chaudary and Daniel Roberts.
In reply, Dan Archer's 41 and 38 from Ryan Davis led the Grove run chase.
