Vedanta Metal Bazaar achieves total sales value of ₹40,000 cr

ON National MSME Day, Vedanta Limited announced a major milestone: its non-ferrous metals e-store, Vedanta Metal Bazaar, has recorded total sales worth Rs 40,000 crore ($4.7 billion).
Launched as a digital-first procurement solution, the platform is now the world's largest non-ferrous metals e-store, offering over 1,200 SKUs including aluminium, zinc, lead, and copper.
Vedanta Metal Bazaar is designed to simplify and digitize the traditionally complex metal procurement process. Customers often struggle with fluctuating commodity prices and the lack of transparent pricing. The platform addresses these challenges through real-time pricing, online hedging, and a fully integrated AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot that allows seamless ordering, tracking, and customer support.
