Night safari, combo tickets with Purana Qila on cards for Delhi zoo revamp

PEOPLE will soon be able to enjoy night safaris and explore both the Delhi Zoo and Purana Qila with a single combo ticket as part of a major revamp aimed at transforming the zoo experience.

The night safari plan is part of Phase III of the zoo's redevelopment, however, its implementation is entirely dependent on the layout and space availability under Phase II, an official told PTI.
The idea is still under exploration in Delhi.
Officials further clarified that a night safari requires significant space to recreate an immersive experience.
“Tf we are unable to create the required setting for a night safari due to space constraints, we may not move forward with it,” the official said.
