IN a meeting held on Friday at Lok Seva Bhavan here, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi chaired a high-level discussion focusing on the conservation, security, and holistic development of the revered Shankaracharya Govardhan Peeth at Balisahi in Puri.

Key topics addressed included the protection of the sacred Govardhan Peeth and the samadhi sites of all Purvacharyas, enhanced security protocols for the revered Jagadguru, and infrastructural improvements within the Peeth's premises. Notably, the Chief Minister emphasized the development of the Govardhan Goshala and the beautification of the Mahodadhi Sandhya Arati site to enrich the spiritual experience for devotees and tourists alike.
