The Philippines has called on nations to uphold the moratorium on nuclear weapons testing in the face of escalating geopolitical tensions and increasing nuclear rhetoric.
Ambassador to Austria Evangelina Arroyo-Bernas stressed the importance of maintaining the global moratorium on nuclear weapons testing during the 65th Session of the Preparatory Commission of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban-Treaty Organization (CTBTO) in Vienna.
