Megaworld is the Philippines' largest office developer and landlord, with over 1.5 million square meters of office spaces from its townships across the Philippines.
And by 2030, it is increasing its office footprint to two million square meters.
The company began with its development of Eastwood City in Quezon City as a cyberpark. Today, Eastwood City is home to around 30,000 IT-BPO employees, making it a pioneering model of a successful cyberpark where office workers enjoy the benefits of the live, work, play concept that Megaworld pioneered in the late '90s.
