Raslag, Filinvest forge 2-year power supply deal

Raslag Corp., the renewable energy arm of the Nepomuceno Group, has scored a two-year contract to deliver clean power to the retail electricity supply unit of the Filinvest Group.
In a stock exchange filing, Raslag said it signed a power supply agreement with FDC Retail Electricity Sales Corp. (RES), a licensed power retailer under Gotianun-led FDC Utilities Inc.
Under this strategic deal, Raslag will sell and deliver the entire output of its 18-megawatt (MW) Raslag-3 solar power project in Pampanga for two years, with a possibility of extension.
Financial details of the transaction were not immediately made available.
