Phl logs over 4,000 measles, rubella cases

Over 4,000 cases of measles and rubella (MR) have been recorded across the country, the Department of Health reported on Tuesday.
As of Dec. 14, the DOH had registered 4,040 MR cases. The total number was 1.5 times higher than the 2,556 MR cases reported in the same period last year.
