Pag-IBIG Fund releases P130 B housing loans in 2024

The Home Development Mutual Fund or Pag-IBIG released nearly P130 billion worth of home loans in 2024, helping more Filipinos realize their dream of homeownership.
In a statement, Pag-IBIG said it disbursed P129.73 billion worth of loans last year, used to finance the purchase and construction of 90,616 homes.
"Pag-IBIG Fund has once again demonstrated its commitment to helping Filipino workers secure their own homes," said Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, head of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and chairperson of the 11-member Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees.
