It's essentially a hot-versus-not battle but unbeaten leader Magnolia has no intention to lower its guard against skidding Terrafirma.
"Hindi pwedeng mag-kumpiyansa, baka mamaya madali pa tayo," Hotshots coach Chito Victolero said ahead of today's PBA Philippine Cup encounter at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.
Victolero's troops are off to a rousing start in the season-ending tournament, stamping their class on Blackwater, Converge, San Miguel Beer and most recently Phoenix. They seek to make it 5-0 at 5 p.m. versus the Dyip, who have gone on a three-game slide after their opening 95-87 disposal of the Fuel Masters.
