It was an evening of sparkle, sentiment, and gratitude as Sta. Lucia Land president Exequiel "Excy" Robles walked into the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La The Fort on April 6, unaware that a grand surprise awaited him.

Lucia Land, he has turned dreams into communities—developing over four decades' worth of master-planned townships, leisure estates, commercial centers, and residential havens across the country. But beyond his achievements lies a deeply grounded man whose heart beats strongest for family.
