President Marcos honors outstanding overseas Filipino workers during the Bagong Bayani Awards at Malacañang yesterday. With him are First Lady Liza Marcos, Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration chief Patricia Yvonne Caunan, Bagong Bayani president Vice Adm. Eduardo Ma.
