Duck Donuts officially opens its first branch in the Philippines
The Philippine Star
|June 28, 2024
Filipinos love donuts.
It is a staple pasalubong for family and loved ones. That is why there are a lot of donut brands in the market that cater to the cravings of their customers. Now, another brand has entered the Philippines to satisfy people with a sweet tooth. But this one comes with a different premise and promise: Duck Donuts.
Seven months after signing the deal for the master franchise with Bravo Best Foods Corporation, Duck Donuts officially opened its first branch in the Philippines on June 24, 2024, in Makati City.
Picking the location of this branch was, of course, a strategic decision. Edilberto "Bert" Bravo, CEO of U-BIX Corporation and Bravo Best Foods Corporation, chose it due to its massive area, enabling the company to create enormous amounts of orders especially once they are tapped for catering events. Moreover, this is the biggest Duck Donut branch ever opened among 160 stores worldwide.
The shop looks lively; made more dynamic with various shades of pink and blue. Of course, living up to its name, ducks abound, catching the eyes of customers.
