DepEd Offers Tax Perks Under School Adoption Program

The Department of Education (DepEd) is offering 150 percent tax deduction incentives for any donation under its Adopt-A-School Program, whether for teachers' training or the construction of facilities.
"Through collaboration between the government and the private sector, we can further strengthen the quality of education and ensure a brighter future for our youth," Education Secretary Sonny Angara said in a Facebook post.
