Activities to be followed by public elementary and secondary schools and community learning centers (CLCs).

A provision of the circular states: “The holiday break occurs during the last two weeks of December, with classes resuming within the first week of January of the following year.”

Angara issued the circular to enable schools and CLCs to effectively and efficiently plan and implement their school activities and maximize instructional time.

This is also cognizant of the goals and objectives of President Marcos’ eight-point socioeconomic agenda and the five-point reform agenda of DepEd.
