Century Properties venturing into Mindanao

Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG), of the Antonio family, is making its foray into Mindanao this year through its first-home residential business, PHirst Park Homes Inc.

CPG president and CEO Marco Antonio said that PHirst would embark on an aggressive expansion over the next five years in line with the company's vision of becoming a leading enabler of first-time homebuyers in the country.

Antonio said that PHirst plans to launch around 10 projects over the next two years, including its first development in Mindanao, set for the third quarter of 2025.

"The next five years will see continued growth and sustained launches from PHirst," he said.

PHirst president Ricky Celis said the plan for the first-home residential business is to continue launching in targeted growth centers and emerging economic hubs.
