'Alyansa' Senate slate not official, says Lakas-CMD

The purported lineup of senatorial candidates for the 2025 polls of the administration-led Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas coalition circulating in both mainstream and social media is "not official," according to a leader of the Houseof Representatives and the ruling Lakas-CMD party.

"We have noted with interest the recent reports regarding the senatorial lineup of the Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas. As Governor Reynaldo Tamayo Jr., national president of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas, already clarified, the administration has not yet finalized its senatorial lineup," House Majority Floor Leader Manuel Jose Dalipe, who sits as executive vice president of Lakas-CMD, said yesterday.
