ACEN locks in offtake deal for Australia solar farm

Ayala-led ACEN Corp. has secured a key offtake agreement for a portion of the clean electricity generated by its fully operational 520-megawatt Stubbo Solar in Australia.

The company, through ACEN Australia, finalized a deal with renewable electricity retailer Flow Power for 10 percent of the solar facility’s generation output.

The offtake is expected to enable Australian households to tap into locally generated renewable energy as Flow Power rolls out its residential electricity plan, Flow Home, in New South Wales.

“This agreement helps us link everyday households to renewable energy in a way that supports Australia’s clean energy transition,” Flow Power COO Byron Serjeantson said.
