Dr Arshad Bhat Consultant Urologist NHS United Kingdom has delivered a highly informative and motivational scientific talk at GMC Anantnag.

Principal and Dean of GMC Anantnag Prof. Dr. Rukhsana Najeeb was the Cheif Guest for the occasion. Dr Arshad, in addition to MS in General surgery from GMC Srinagar has a doctrate in urology (MCH’ Urology). Dr Bhat also has the distinction of being “Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS, Urology) Edinburgh”. The title for the talk was , “Patient safety outcomes: what can be learned from the West”. As per a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Dr Arshad emphasized that it is always the right time to discuss patient safety issue on priority as the body and soul of medical sciences is entrenched in patient care and patient safety.
