KVK-Ramban takes a lead under 'Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan'

Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK)-Ramban, operating under the aegis of SKUAST-Jammu, has taken a proactive lead in implementing the Government of India’s upcoming outreach campaign ‘Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan’—well ahead of its official launch from May 29 to June 12.
The national campaign, spearheaded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, aims to engage 1 to 1.5 crore farmers across 700 districts through 2000 teams comprising scientists, officials, and farmers. Each team is expected to conduct three daily awareness meetings per district, focusing on Kharif crop innovations and key government schemes.
