IIM Jammu launches Operational Management Prog

Indian Institute of Management Jammu has launched the first batch of its Operational Management Programme in collaboration with the Directorate General Resettlement to support Armed Forces personnel transitioning to civilian careers.
The 2.5-month programme, running from April 6 to June 22, includes over 150 hours of classroom training focused on entrepreneurship, technology, and job readiness. A total of 31 Army and Air Force personnel from across the country have enrolled.
