Udaipur tailor beheading: SC notice on plea against bail given to accused

The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice to the NIA and Mohammed Javed, one of the accused in the case of beheading of a tailor Kanhaiya Lal of Udaipur in June 2022, on an appeal filed by Yash Teli—the victim's son—challenging the bail granted to Javed by the Rajasthan High Court in September this year.
A two-judge bench of Justices MM Sundresh and Aravind Kumar issued notice in the matter and sought replies from Javed and NIA, the agency probing the case.
