NEET retest security measures should not burden students, says Annamalai

WE The Leaders founder K Annamalai on Tuesday questioned the extensive security arrangements by the centre for the NEET retest scheduled for June 21, arguing that they could increase stress among students.

Calling for a balance between security and student welfare, Annamalai said candidates would welcome efforts to prevent paper leaks and restore trust in the testing process.
He also contended that the measures appeared inconsistent with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020's objective to reduce exam-related stress.
