Jharkhand HC orders prompt restoration of internet services in state

THE Jharkhand High Court on Sunday ordered the immediate restoration of internet services, which was withdrawn across the state for conducting the JSSC CGL (Combined Graduate Level) competitive examinations on September 21 and 22.
Following the court order, internet services were restored immediately, even before the completion of the examination.
A division bench of Justices Ananda Sen and Anubha Rawat Chaudhary directed the state government to obtain prior approval from the state High Court before disrupting the internet services.
