Tucked away in Nungambakkam, Una Villa, built in a repurposed mid-century home, offers a scrumptious menu

Comfort Cuisine at a Historic Home

KOTHARI Industrial Corporation Limited (KICL) marks the beginning of a significant expansion in the food and hospitality sector with Una Villa, a fine dining restaurant. It offers a unique dining experience that celebrates the charm of the past while embracing contemporary cuisine, in the heart of Madras. Situated in a caringly repurposed 60-year-old mid-century home in the vibrant neighbourhood of Nungambakkam, Una Villa aims to reconnect with the city's rich cultural heritage while providing a warm and welcoming ambiance for friends, families, and guests. The house's essence has been preserved - its warmth, its character - while being reimagined to reflect Una Villa's vision.

A strong community connection "We always wanted Una Villa to have a deep connection with the community," says Rafiq Ahmed Jinnah. Situated in a mid-century home that once captured the essence of Madras, the restaurant seamlessly blends the city's rich heritage with warm hospitality. Lovingly repurposed, the home, complete with a lush domestic garden, offers a welcoming atmosphere - a true home away from home for all who visit.
