AMID growing demands for high-speed trains, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday assured the nation that the day India gets its first bullet train is not far off.
He highlighted the remarkable transformation in infrastructure and services within Indian Railways under his government.
After inaugurating a series of railway projects, including the newly created Jammu division, the Prime Minister said that since the start of 2025, India has been working quickly on its initiatives, with the metro rail network extending beyond 1,000 kilometres.
