Charges Against Baghel Junked in Sex CD Case

The Special CBI court in Raipur on Tuesday discharged former Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel from all charges in connection with a sex CD tape that purportedly featured former BJP minister Rajesh Munat.
The court heard the plea from the ex-CM seeking to absolve him in the sex-CD row. Lawyer Manish Dutt, defending Baghel, told the court that he had been wrongly framed.
