Trouble for YouTuber over crass jokes, NCW issues summons; report sought

Amid raging controversy over YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia's crass comments during the 'India's Got Latent' show, the National Commission for Women (NCW) on Tuesday issued summons to the podcaster, comedian Samay Raina and others.
The move came even as Women and Child Development Minister Annapurna Devi said she has sought a report on the issue.
Apart from Allahbadia and Raina, others who have been summoned by NCW on February 17 are Apoorva Makhija, Jaspreet Singh, Ashish Chanchlani, Tushar Poojari and Saurabh Bothra.
