PASSENGERS on Mail and Express trains may soon be greeted by housekeeping staff at the beginning of their journey.
The Railway Board has issued a circular saying that On-Board Housekeeping Staff (OBHS) should introduce themselves and be available for assistance throughout the trip. The move is aimed at building trust and enhancing travel experience.
