HEALTH and Family Welfare Minister Y Satya Kumar Yadav has directed officials to intensify surveillance on the quality of food and medicines across Andhra Pradesh, stressing the need for stronger enforcement mechanisms to curb adulteration.
Chairing a review meeting held at the Secretariat in Velagapudi on Thursday, Satya Kumar Yadav evaluated the performance of health-related departments alongside Special Chief Secretary MT Krishna Babu.
