Cops Categorise History-Sheeters, Upload Details of Income & Cases

Following a recent direction from Vellore Superintendent of Police (SP) Mathivanan to prepare a comprehensive report on activities of history sheeters in the district, the police department has categorised them into A+, A and B groups, with detailed information about their sources of income and involvement in criminal incidents.
According to sources, police uploaded and updated the details of notorious criminals listed in police station records since 2011 in digital format using Google sheets.
