'Black Bill' strikes at root of democracy, an attempt to turn India into dictatorship: CM
LAMBASTING the BJP-led union government for tabling (in the Lok Sabha) the 130th Constitutional Amendment Bill, which provides for the removal of prime minister, chief ministers and ministers arrested on serious charges and detained in custody for 30 consecutive days, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Wednesday described it as "a Black Bill".
