Life term for all 28 convicts in Kasganj killing

A special NIA court on Friday awarded life imprisonment to 28 convicts involved in the killing of ABVP activist Chandan Gupta during the Kasganj violence in Uttar Pradesh on January 26, 2018.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Vivekanand Sharan Tripathi also imposed a fine of ₹80,000 on each convict. The court had convicted 28 out of 30 accused on Thursday.
