ELURU District Superintendent of Police (SP) K Pratap Shiva Kishore on Monday announced the implementation of 'Nigha Netram,' a state-of-the-art AI-based surveillance system designed to enhance public safety and strengthen law and order across the district.
The intelligent CCTV monitoring network is actively tracking the movements of repeat offenders and individuals with prior criminal records across the subdivisions of Eluru, Jangareddygudem, Nuzvid, and Polavaram. The system delivers real-time alerts to local police units, allowing immediate response to suspicious activity.
