There are a lot of unanswered questions in the surrender of Naxals'
Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council Chalavadi Narayanaswamy on Saturday alleged that it is not the Naxals who have surrendered, instead it is the state government which has surrendered before the Naxals.
Addressing the media, he said, "How did you get hold of those who were not found by anyone for 20-25 years? Did everyone else get scared immediately after Vikram Gowda died? In fact there is a conspiracy behind this."
"There are a lot of unanswered questions in the surrender of the Naxals, as they came empty-handed, where were the weapons, is the Naxal movement rooted out with this surrender or still they are at large. They (Naxals) should have been asked to surrender before the court or the police. Have they got any relationship with the Chief Minister as they have surrendered before him," he alleged.
