Sacred thread incident an insult to Hindu culture, says Brahman Mahasabha

THE Chikkamagaluru Brahmana Mahasabha has condemned the act of police imposing restriction on removing the sacred thread to enter the examination hall to write CET exam and termed it as most heinous act and insult to the Hindu culture and its Sanatana tradition.
The Mahasabha president, office bearers and directors said that it was inexcusable that the Brahmin students who had to write the CET exam at the examination centre of Shivamogga Adichunchanagiri College were forced to remove the sacred thread before entering the exam hall and demanded that stern action be initiated against the offenders.
