ORAVEL Stays Ltd, the parent company of OYO, has rebranded itself as PRISM, marking a new corporate identity that underscores its global scale and premiumisation strategy.
Founded in 2012 by Ritesh Agarwal, OYO began as a budget hospitality brand standardising small hotels across India. Over the years, it has expanded into premium hotels, vacation homes, extended stays, co-working hubs, and celebration venues, serving over 100 million customers across 35 countries.
