CONVENOR of Malenadu Raita Horata Samiti, Thi Na Shrinivas have urged District Minister Madhu Bangarappa to keep his promise of initiating measures to change the direction of high-tension wires that pass through the farmlands unscientifically.
Shrinivas told reporters here on Friday that a protest was staged opposing high-tension wires on farmlands of the farmers, Madhu assured of initiating measures in favour of the farmers. Now the minister has to act as per the promise he made, Shrinivas demanded.
