Chalavadi Mahasabha Opposes Internal Quota Survey Report

Says Nagamohan Das panel report has too many flaws, needs to be rectified

OPPOSING the internal reservation survey conducted by Justice Nagamohan Das-led commission, Davanagere district Chalavadi Mahasabha termed the report as unscientific, filled with flaws and added that there is a need to conduct a re-survey of SC communities before implementing internal reservation.

Addressing a press conference in the city, president of Mahasabha and former police officer N Rudramuni said, "The internal reservation report has lots of flaws and needs to be rectified, hence it has to be brought before the cabinet sub-committee and a solution should be identified."

He said that Siddaiah, a retired IAS officer who also is the president of the Mahasabha, has written a letter to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in this regard.
