Quick Commerce Market Size to Grow 67% by FY30

WITH many new entrants aggressively expanding their dark stores and categories, the quick commerce segment is heating up in the country and the market size is projected to touch $30 billion in FY30 from just $0.3 billion in FY22.
Venture capital (VC) firm Bessemer Venture Partners in its latest report points out that the quick commerce market size will see 67% growth in FY30.
Currently, the market size is $5 billion. Apart from Instamart, Blinkit and Zepto, many new players such as Blip (30 minutes fashion delivery), Urban Company, Pronto (home services) and medicine delivery platforms such as DocPharma have entered to grab a larger slice of the quick commerce pie.
Many big players such as Flipkart, BigBasket (BB Now) and Amazon are rapidly expanding their dark stores.
