Vaiko Ousts Mallai Sathya for Anti-Party Activities

MDMK general secretary Vaiko on Monday expelled his longtime party colleague Mallai CE Sathya for anti-party activities.

Reacting to the development, Sathya told the media that he has convened a meeting of all those who have been affected by such undemocratic moves of the party on September 15 to chalk out the next course of action.

Sathya was placed under suspension on August 17 and asked to show cause why he should not be permanently removed from the post of deputy general secretary of the MDMK and also from the primary membership of the party.
