Competitive business environment always opens doors to provide the best banking solution through digital and physical experience with innovative tailor-made products for customer delight. To emerge as the preferred bank connecting generations, we made our digital and physical infrastructure ready with innovative products and upgraded our manpower with skills to keep ourselves one step ahead of our peers. We have strategies & ensure reduction of dependency on bulk deposit business and rather focused on retail business which has helped the bank to post sustainable business and profit quarter on quarter. Our strategy is to grow sustainable focusing on all the key segments i.e. Retail, Agri, MSME, Corporate, Financial Inclusion along with the Government thrust areas within the jurisdiction of regulatory guidelines. We plan to add four new regional offices next fiscal year and have already added three this year. With 90 branches added recently, we are looking forward to adding 100 more branches as planned by 2025-26. Besides all this, we are as always aiming towards improving our business performance and reducing non-performing assets.

What factors have been most influential in driving IOB's strong financial performance, growth in business and CASA, and efforts to strengthen its balance sheet and improve asset quality?
