AFTER the stampede, the ordeal of the family members of the missing is far over. They expressed their helplessness, saying they had no other choice but to rely on 'Lord Ram' to locate their loved ones. They moved from one hospital to another, holding photographs of their missing relatives.
"We have not been allowed inside hospitals to check whether our relatives are here, alive or dead," Mohan from Bihar said at the New Delhi railway station on Sunday. Devendra Kumar, whose wife was missing, expressed despair, saying that everything in the aftermath of the stampede had been left "Ram bharose."
