C & D land row: Farmers to hold rally

AFTER receiving multiple notices from the Forest Department to evict farmers from the C and D land, the Somwarpet Raitha Horata Samithi is hosting an awareness campaign across Kodagu against the proposed land change.
"The areas where farmers have been cultivating crops for many years have been identified as C and D land," said Chakravarthy Suresh, Taluk Raitha Horata Samiti president.
