KARNATAKA State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (KSCPCR) member Thippeswamy K T on Monday expressed his displeasure over the delay in the effective implementation of the KSCPCR policy. Inaugurating a workshop for district and taluk level child welfare officers in Mangaluru, Tippeswamy said, "Though the child protection policy came into existence in 2016, many institutions have not yet implemented it. KSCPCR has been organising workshops across the state in this regard. Every educational institution must implement its child protection policy and they must constitute child protection committees.
